Council planning record

To enclose the existing balcony area with glass doors and windows replacing the existing glass balcony. We have drainage problems on the balcony and the glass balcony system requires screwing into the main timber frame, which has caused it to rot. We have replaced all the beams and now intend to make the area watertight by converting the balcony into an extension to the main bedroom and landing. We also want to put a small window into the dressing room for ventilation and replace a window with french doors at the rear of the sitting room to allow access to the garden.
