The canopy reduction by 50% of a Willow Tree (T1) protected by Milton Keynes Council Tree Preservation Order no. PS/540/15/279 (to maintain dimensions of the tree to not exceed 13m) to ensure safety of general public, vehicles and property on public highway in Whaddon Road and within curtilege of Nos. 8 & 10 Whaddon Road. Works to be undertaken in accordance with recommendations of Arboricultural Report dated 2017 (tree referenced as 'T7' therein) and undertaken by a qualified tree surgeon. Works have been undertaken every 3 yrs or so since the TPO was put in place to safeguard the health, size and stability of the willow tree which overhangs the public highway - previous TPO consents refer.
