REASON FOR REFUSAL In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the extension to the garage has created a dominant addition which is disproportionate to the host property, asscoaited plot and its surroundings contrary to Local Plan Policies CS5(c), DC1 (b), Emerging Plan Policy, CR2 (e), CR3(a) and Design Guidance.
  2. The unathorised outbuilding shall be demolished within 6 months from the date of this notice unless an appeal is made beforehand.
