Planning conditions
  1. The proposed use of Unit 4 will continue to function as office accommodation for these administrative and commercial activities. The premises are not intended to operate as a retail shop open to visiting members of the public, nor are any manufacturing or industrial processes proposed. No external alterations or operational development are proposed, and the approved building will remain unchanged. As the principal use of the premises is for office accommodation carrying out administrative and commercial functions, the use falls within Class E(g)(i) of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended). The proposal therefore remains within the same authorised planning use class and does not constitute a material change of use requiring planning permission in this case.
