Considered Against Submitted Details • Location plan drawing • Proposed site plan drawing no 20.52.04 • Ground work details • Storebox Middlesbrough Build plan • Construction contract between the applicant (Storebox Self Storage) and a contractor Nautuafix Global for groundworks and remediation works at the application site dated 5th March 2026. • Invoice from Nautuafix Global for the works completed dated 17th April 2026 • Build Plan from Nautuafix Global setting out the works to be completed on site, including the clearance of the rubbish and vegetation and the installation of a concrete foundation area 1x3 metres for the week commencing the 13th April 2026. • Photographs of the completed works.
