REASON FOR REFUSAL Such development is NOT PERMITTED under Class B and Class C, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 as amended, as the orginial roof has recently been removed in its entirety. At the point of complete removal of the roof, it is the case that alterations and extensions to the roof allowed under Permitted Development could not be taken as there is no roof remaining.
