Planning conditions
  1. Impact on the street scene and character and appearance of the area In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the extension would harmfully disrupt the rhythm and spacing between the semi-detached properties which would have a detrimental impact on the street scene and character and appearance of the area contrary to the requirements of Policy CS5(c), DC1 (b), Emerging Plan Policy, CR2 (e), CR3(a) and Design Guidance.
  2. Unsuitable parking provision In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, due to the likely high useage of the immediate area by pedestrians and due to the awkward arrangement of the proposed parking, when taking into account existing restrictions, the proposal would result in significant detriment to highway safety contrary to the requirements of DC1 (test d) and Emerging Plan Policy CR2(l).
