  1. REASON FOR REFUSAL In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the boundary treatment, is considered to have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the Linthorpe Conservation Area, contrary to paragraphs 210 and 215 of the 2024 National Planning Policy Framework and Core Strategy Policies CS4, CS5, DC1 and Emerging plan Policies CR2 and HI2 and the Councils Urban Design Supplementary Planning Document.
  2. The unauthorised fencing shall be removed within 3 months from the date of this decision.
