- Windows - Opaque Ground floor w/c window hereby approved must be opaque glazed to a minimum of level 3. The opaque glazing must be implemented on installation and retained for the lifetime of the building. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of residents and to ensure a satisfactory form of development having regard for Policy DC1 of the Local Plan.
