Planning conditions
  1. Adverse impact on Character and Appearance In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposal by reason of its design, appearance and location would result in an unsympathetic addition to the front of the property which would have a detrimental impact on the character of the host property and street scene. The proposal would also result in poor living conditions for residents of the property. It is therefore in conflict with the Local Development Plan Policies DC1 (General Development), CS5 (Design), Emerging Plan Policies CR2 (e), CR3(a) and the Middlesbrough Design Guide.
