Planning conditions
  1. Poor standard of accommodation In the opinion of the local planning authority the proposed HMO accommodation does not provide an acceptable standard of accommodation suitable for long term accommodation or high standard of amenity for occupiers contrary to Policy DC1, Emerging Plan Policies H07, HO8, H09, Technical Space Standards and Para.135 of the NPPF.
  2. Detrimental Impact on the Highway Network In the opinion of the local planning authority the development will result in an increased demand for on-street parking in an area where there is already significant demand to the detriment of the operation of the local highway network. The increase in demand in this location will harm the free flow of traffic and impact highway safety creating issues of obstruction and damage to the fabric of the public highway. As such the proposal is considered to be contrary to polices DC1, CS5 and Emerging Plan Policy HO9.
