Planning conditions
  1. Street Clutter In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the StreetHub would add to street clutter in this location contrary to the Councils Urban Design Guide, Emerging Plan Policy 1N7 and Para 116 of the NPPF which seeks to avoid unnecessary street clutter.
  2. Highways Safety In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the StreetHub will be sited in a location which reduce pedestrian flow and cause distraction to highway users which would impede Highway Safety contrary to Policies DC1 and Emerging Plan Policies CR2 and IN7.
  3. Undermines Safe Environment In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the some of the functions of the StreetHub will presents opportunities for attracting anti-social behaviour which is considered to be in conflict with Local Policy CS5 as well as Paragraph 96 and 135 of the NPPF.
