Planning conditions
  1. Impact on the character and appearance of the area In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed micro storage energy facility will result in additional street clutter in this location which conflicts with the existing character and appearance of the area. In view of these matters the proposed addition would form a structure which is detrimental to the high-quality visual amenity of the site and its surroundings, contrary to Policy DC1 and CS5 of the Local Development Plan and supplementary planning document the Middlesbrough Urban Design Guide.
