REASON FOR REFUSAL In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the concrete roof tiles, metal boarded doors and grey upvc windows are considered to not be historically representative alterations thereby harming the significance of the non-designated heritage asset and which fail to sustain or protect the significance of the heritage asset in that respect contrary to Para. 210 of the NPPF, Local Plan Policy CS4 and DC1.
