Planning conditions
  1. In the opinion of the local planning authority, the proposed extension, by reason of its footprint and the internal layout it would facilitate, is considered to form an overdevelopment of the plot, also resulting in a poor standard of amenity for future occupiers. Further to this, there are inaccuracies in the plans that have been submitted. Therefore the development is considered to be in conflict with the requirements of policies DC1, CS5, the Council’s Design SPD and para 135 of the NPPF.
