Reason for Refusal In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed subdivision of the dwelling to smaller scale accommodation would represent a change to the way in which the property would be used and result in the proposal being out of keeping with the way in which the area is already characterised, which is predominantly as family housing, contrary to Local Plan Policy CS5(f) and Emerging Publication Local Plan CR1(a), HO8 (b&f).
