Adverse Impact on Amenity In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the impact of the summer house extension by virtue of its height, size and proximity to the neighbour’s boundary is considered to have a significant overbearing and oppressive impact on the immediate neighbouring properties. It is therefore considered to be contrary to Local Development Plan Policy DC1(c ) (General Development) and UDSPD Para 5.4(d).
