Inappropriate Design In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the extension by virtue of its location, size and design, is considered to be overdevelopment and out of keeping with the host property and street scene, being contrary to the design requirements of the Urban Design SPD and Local Plan Policies DC1 and CS5.
- 2. Adverse Impact on Amenity In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the extension, due to its size, height and proximity is considered to have a negative impact on the amenity associated with 147 and 149 Acklam Road and is contrary to the Urban Design SPD and Local Plan Policy DC1 and CS5.
