Inappropriate Design In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the porch extension by virtue of its size and low quality design, is considered to be overdevelopment and out of keeping with the host property and immediate surroundings, being contrary to the design requirements of the Urban Design SPD and Local Plan Policies DC1 and CS5.
  2. 2. Adverse Impact on Amenity In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the porch, due to its length, height and proximity is considered to have a significant negative impact on the amenity associated with 101 York Road and is contrary to the Urban Design SPD and Local Plan Policy DC1 and CS5.
