- Freeflow of Traffic and Highway Safety In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development would result in additional pressure for additional parking which cannot be accommodated within curtilage and which would in turn result in increased on street parking, in an area where there is already high demand and where it will adversely affect the free flow of traffic and highway safety, contrary to Local Plan Policy DC1 (in particular section D).
