Planning conditions
  1. In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development, by virtue of its size, design and location is considered to be in conflict with Local Development Plan Policies DC1(c) (General Development), CS5(c&f) (Design), and the Middlesbrough Design Guide, as it would result in large and prominent extensions to the front, side and rear of the property which represents an unduly dominant grouping of extensions, which would have a significant detrimental impact on the character of the host property and immediate surroundings, an adverse impact on the privacy and amenity of the adjacent property and would serve to increase risk to highway safety.
