Understand planning application documents, officer reports and decision notices. Use a reading checklist, document table and worked example to inspect a case.
Application overview
T1 Oak. Fell. Replace with 10-12cm girth Oak T2 Oak. Reduce height by no more than 3m from 17.5m above ground level, leaving at a height of no less than 14.5m. Reduce crown radius by no more than 2m from 7m, leaving at a radius of no less than 5m to the north, south and west. Reduce regrowth from old pollard points from a length of 6m to a length of no less than 3m. All final cuts to be made at suitable growth points.
