View council mapNon material amendment of planning permission MC/15/1051 to amend the wording of condition 2 to state 'notwithstanding the soft landscaping details shown on any of the drawings hereby permitted, no development shall take place for any phase or sub-phase of Phase 1 Zone D until details of the soft landscaping works have been submitted to and approved in writing for that phase or sub-phase by the Local Planning Authority. The details to be submitted for approval shall include details of: planting plans; written specifications (including cultivation and other operations associated with grass and plant establishment, aftercare and maintenance); schedules of plants noting species, plant sizes and proposed numbers and densities; and an implementation programme. The soft landscaping scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development or in accordance with the implementation programme agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority'
