Sycamore (T1) on boundary with 35 Cockshot Road. Reduce overhang of garden of 34 St James Rd by removing three medium sized low branches from south stem. Also remove upper large branch arching over garden and lightly raise crown in lowr level by removing small dropping branches from base of tree. Stem growing north, remove to upright central stem.
