Application for non-material amendment following grant of Planning Permission 23/00623/FUL allowed on appeal APP/X1545/W/23/3331260 (Ancillary building in place of existing former chicken shed storage building) Amendment sought: 1. Changed the cladding to the Rear and Rear Side from timber cladding to JHardie VL plank. The cladding will follow the same pattern.2. The front elevation - The central rendered wall will be replaced with timber cladding. There will be a feature decorative mosaic near the front entrance.3.
