Works will commence within three years of the date of consent.Condition 3 - Method statement and detailed drawing for all damp proofing works are included within the submission.Condition 4 - Full specifications are provided for: (A) internal joinery; (B) internal and external ventilation; and (C) method statement and detailed drawing of the new ceiling build-up whilst maintaining the existing ceiling line.Condition 5 - Method statement and plans for all works to the electrical wiring, plumbing and heating are included within the submission.Condition 6 - Confirmed.
