- The external surfaces of the chimney stacks (including facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, face-bond and pointing) shall not be constructed other than in materials details/samples of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the appearance of the locality.
- The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and documents, where applicable and otherwise as per 23/1897/VRC (as amended): Drawing Title. Proposed Roof Plan (02144 Rev P09); Proposed Elevations and Sections Sheet 1 (02145 Rev P11); Proposed Elevations and Sections Sheet 2 (02146 Rev P11); Proposed Elevations and Sections Sheet 3 (02147 Rev P08) received the 28th September 2026 and Site Location Plan received the 2nd September 2026; Richmond Hill Rehabilitation ASHP Design Technical Note (Rev P02) prepared by AMD Group, received the 2nd September 2026; Stage 4 to Stage 5 Energy Design Development Supporting Statement prepared by AMD Group, received the 2nd September 2026; Richmond Hill Rehabilitation BRUKL DOCUMENT (44548-AMD-XX-XX-T-Z-33001) prepared by AMD Group, received the 2nd September 2026; General Arrangement- UrbanGreening Factor SY685-100-0100 Rev G prepared by Camlins, received the 2nd September 2026. REASON: To accord with the terms of the application, for the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- This decision only relates to the non-material amendment described in the decision notice and is not a reissue of the original planning permission (23/1897/VRC dated 24th January 2024), which still stands. This decision and the decision notice of the original planning permission should be read together and the terms and conditions of the original planning permission remain in force.
