This condition relates to electric vehicle Charging Points at the Northwestern Car Park (Staff) and Northeast Car Park (Coach/Minibus) both of which are located in Phase 1. As such, this condition does NOT need to be discharged again for Phases 2 & 3 of 22/3004/FUL.
