  2. The applicant is advised that this condition C48. NS54 Materials to be Approved hereby approved is discharged for part of Part 1 ONLY. Part 2 remains outstanding.
  3. The applicant is advised that the materials for all external surfaces for the development PA25/1854 need to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Should the use of additional materials be sought that have not yet been subject to such approval, a further discharge of condition application will be required to be submitted to the Council.
