For the avoidance of doubt the Drawing(s) No(s) and Document(s) to which this decision refers are as follows:- Site Location Plan v1 received 13.07.26; Planning report and associated appendices, prepared by JLA Town and Country Planning Consultants, dated 07.07.26; Statutory Declaration dated 14.09.2026; and Old Ryde House Proposed Use Statement dated 17.09.2026.
  3. Any works associated with the use of the building as a nursrey may affect the character of the listed building as a building of special architectural or historic interest, and therefore by virtue of The Planning (Listed Buildings) (Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Works) Regulations 2014; The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: Sections 26H and 26I, as inserted by Section 61 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, LISTED BUILDING CONSENT may be required for such works.
