- By reason of absence of sufficient sustainable drainage details as required by condition C6, the Council has not been able to prevent the risk of flooding to and from the site. The scheme is therefore not considered to satisfy the aims and objections of London Plan Policy SI13, its associated Sustainable Design and Construction SPG, the Non-Statutory Technical Standards for Sustainable Drainage Systems and Richmond Council's Local Plan 2025 Policy LP8.
