This is because the proposal fails to comply with the requirements as laid down in Class B (criteria B.1(f)), Class C (criteria C.1(b)) and Class G of Part 1 Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
