  2. This planning permission has a Section 106 Agreement which must be read in conjunction with it.
  3. This decision only relates to the non-material amendment described in the decision notice and is not a reissue of the original planning permission (19/2404/FUL), which still stands. This and the decision notice of original planning permission should be read together and the terms and conditions of the original planning permission remain in force.
  4. Subject to approval of the detailed designs as part of the S278 agreement process the transport officer has conirmed that they have no objection to the changes., but has advised the applicant will need to enter into an agreement under S278 of the Highways Act 1980 to widen the flair at the access junction on the highway on Grove Road a set out in the plans.
