- It is considered that the payments receipts received on 22 June 2026 demonstrate that Part 1 Carbon Offset (1.1) & (1.2), Part 3 Off-Site Play (3.1) & (3.2), Part 6 Travel Plan (6.1.1) have been met. These prior to occupation contributions are AGREED.
- It is considered that the submission of the Open Space Management plan details all supplied on the 22 June are sufficient to evidence that the requirements of Part 2 Open Space Management Plan (Phase 1) have been met. The Open Space Management Plan under Schedule 2 are AGREED.
- It is considered that the LBRUT 22/1442/FUL: Phase 1, Ham Close Development, S278 Highway Works, Certificate of Practical Completion dated 12 June 2026 and legal agreement both received on 22 June 2026 are adequate evidence to justify that The requirements under (Part 1) Highways Works (1a) & (1b) have been met (for Phase 1). The Highway Works under (Part 1) 1(a) & 1(b) are AGREED.
- It is considered that the Schedule 9 Be Seen GLA receipt Notification 22 June 2026 and Be Seen Letter 001(1), Submissions (2 – 3) and all received on 30 July 2026 are adequate to justify that the requirements of Schedule 9. (Part 1) Be Seen Energy Monitoring have been met (Phase 1). The Be Seen Energy Monitoring details under Schedule 9 (Part 1) are AGREED.
- It is understood that occupation occurred in June 2026 for Phase 1 of 22/1442/FUL. The Council request the applicant ensure that all the S106 obligations are AGREED well in advance of the trigger dates in the legal agreement 16 March 2023.
