- For the avoidance of doubt the Drawing(s) No(s) and Document(s) to which this decision refers are as follows:- the submitted document titled Condition 2 Materials and the submitted drawing titled Proposed Elevations & Section ref.: 213 Rev B both received the 11 June 2026. Email named "Email to Applicant for amendments" sent out 30/07/2026.
- The design of the proposal hereby submitted, by reason of diverging from the approved design of the approval reference: PA25/4102, departs from the aims and objectives of the hereby submitted reserved matter application, which does not allow for changes to the aforenoted approval, but rather to provide details. As such, this reserved matter application is refused on this basis.
