- The applicant is advised that the refuse store must be constructed in accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of the building in order to comply with the terms of the condition. The applicant is advised to contact Recycling and Waste, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Central Depot, Langhorn Drive, Twickenham TW2 7SG with regard to arrangements for the collection and and other matters pertaining to refuse and recycling.
