  1. The submitted 'location plan' is actually an existing site plan and is at a scale of 1:200. We require a location plan with a scale of 1:1250
  2. None of the buildings hereby approved shall be occupied until arrangements for the storage and disposal of refuse/waste/recycling have been made in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such drawings to show position, size, design, materials, finishes and signage thereof. REASON: To safeguard the appearance of the property and the amenities of the area, and to accord with policy to encourage the recycling of appropriate waste products.
  3. No refuse, recycling or waste material of any description shall be left or stored anywhere on the site other than within a building or refuse enclosure. REASON: To safeguard the appearance of the property and the amenities of the area.
  4. Prior to the occupation of the development hereby approved, a Fire Safety Strategy shall be submitted to and approved in writing by this LPA. The approved fire safety measures shall be kept in situ for the lifetime of the approved development. REASON: To ensure that the development incorporates the necessary fire safety measures in accordance with the Mayor's London Plan Policy D12.
  5. The development hereby approved shall not be occupied until the walls/floors, as applicable, have been insulated to provide sound attenuation against internally generated noise in accordance with detailed drawings to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining residential property/ies.
  6. No building/dwelling/part of the development shall be occupied until cycle parking facilities have been provided in accordance with detailed drawings to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, such drawings to show the position, design, materials and finishes thereof. REASON: To accord with this Council's policy to discourage the use of the car wherever possible.
  7. Development under Schedule 2, Part 2 Class MA is permitted subject to the condition that:- a) The development shall be carried out in accordance with the information submitted to the local planning authority; b) The development under Class MA must be completed within a period of 3 years starting with the date the prior approval is granted; c) Any building permitted to be used as a dwellinghouse by virtue of Class MA is to remain in use as a dwellinghouse within the meaning of Class C3 of Schedule 1 to the Use Classes Order and for no other purpose, except to the extent that the other purpose is ancillary to the use as a dwellinghouse.
  8. The applicant is advised that this permission results in a chargeable scheme under the Borough's and the Mayor of London's Community Infrastructure Levy.
  9.
