Planning conditions
  1. This application has been refused as there has been insufficient arboricultural evidence submitted to justify the proposed works. The information provided does not demonstrate that the trees are in decline, structurally compromised, or otherwise requires the extent of works proposed. While issues have been noted within the submitted works specification, these have not been supported by clear evidence. Photographs or other supporting information could have been provided to demonstrate the concerns and allow the Council to properly assess the condition of the tree. In the absence of sufficient supporting evidence, the proposal is considered unsupported and cannot be agreed.
  2. The applicant's attention is drawn to Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, by which an appeal may be made to the Secretary of State within 28 days of notification of this decision.
