Planning conditions
  1. In accordance with plans: 2538_00_205 Rev A - Site Plan as Proposed; and 2538_00_205 - Boundary Elevations
  2. Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/
  3. Care should be taken to avoid the junction of the wall and railings allow easy climbing points. It is suggested that the railings be located towards the front of the boundary wall to lessen this issue. You may wish to discuss this further with Metropolitan Police service Designing Out Crime Officers (DOCOs). The services of the MPS DOCOs are available free of charge and can be contacted via docomailbox.ne.met-police.uk or 0208 217 3813.
  4. Please note that the brick / railing / gate specifications should submitted as part of Condition 10 - External Surface Material discharge
