The applicant has not shown the on-site BNG planting approved under condition 2325/25/01 within their soft landscaping scheme, nor produce evidence that alternate off-site credits have been (or will be) purchased, contrary to London Plan Policy G6 and NPPF 2026.
The applicant has not sufficiently demonstrated the safety of planting Viburnum opulu (mildly toxic) around a children's play area, contrary to the need to create safe and secure environments under DP3 of the NPPF.
