Permission to use the dwellinghouse as a dwellinghouse was not granted only by virtue of Class M, N, P, or Q of Schedule 2 Part 3 (change of use) - complies No more than 50% of the curtilage of the original dwelling may be covered by buildings, enclosures and containers – Complies No part of the building, enclosure, pool or container would be situated on land forward of a wall forming the principal elevation of the original dwellinghouse – Complies Must not have more than one storey – Complies Maximum roof height is 4 m if dual pitched – Complies Maximum roof height within 2 m of the boundary is 2.5 m – Complies Maximum roof height is 3 m for all other cases – Complies Height of eaves cannot exceed 2.5 m – Complies Would not be used as a dwelling – complies Must not involve provision or construction of a veranda, balcony or raised platform or microwave antenna – Complies Must not exceed 3,500 litres if a container – Complies If In a Conservation Area must not be to the side of the dwelling – Complies Not subject to an Article 4 Direction – Complies Not within the curtilage of a Listed Building Overall Conclusion: Permitted
