The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 101 Rev A, 101E Rev A, 202 Rev A, 202E Rev A, 204 Rev A, 204 Rev A, 400 Rev A, 401 Rev A, 402 Rev A, Location Plan Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
  4. The external materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall accord with the specification stated in the planning application form submitted with the application unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the that the development accords with the terms of the application and to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and comply with LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.
  5. The use of the outbuilding hereby permitted shall remain incidental and subservient to the primary use of the dwelling and shall not become a separate or dominant use at any time. Reason: In order to prevent a separate use operating from this site, which may lead to an inappropriate and over intensive use of the site.
