Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be retained in accordance with the following approved plans: E1-01, E1-02, E1-03, E1-04, E1-05, E1-06, E1-07, E1-08, and Fire Safety Statement. Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
  2. The external materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall accord with the specification stated in the planning application form submitted with the application unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the that the development accords with the terms of the application and to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and comply with LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.

  5. There are public sewers crossing or close to your development. If you're planning significant work near our sewers, its important that you minimize the risk of damage. Thames Water will need to check that your development doesn’t reduce capacity, limit repair or maintenance activities, or inhibit the services we provide in any other way.
  6. Notwithstanding condition 1 above, within 2 (two) months from the date of this permission, the south-west and south-east facing window apertures to the first floor rear bay window extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass (of no less than Pilkington Level 3) and shall be non-openable up to 1.7 metres above the internal floor space of the room the bay windows serves and shall be retained in this for for the live of the development and shall not be altered or replaced with clear glass and/or opneable panes below 1.7m above the internal floor level without the grant of further specific plannig permision from the Local Council. Reason: To ensure the development complies with the terms of this retrospective application, including drawing numbers E1-1 and E1-05 listed under condition 1 above and to ensure the amenities of neighbours are protected.
