Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Cover Letter, 01, 02, 03A, 04A, 05A, 06, 07, 08, Fire Safety Strategy Reasonable Exception Statement, Location Plan Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
  3. The external materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall accord with the specification stated in the planning application form submitted with the application unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the that the development accords with the terms of the application and to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and comply with LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.
  4. There are public sewers crossing or close to your development. If you're planning significant work near our sewers, its important that you minimize the risk of damage. Thames Water will need to check that your development doesn’t reduce capacity, limit repair or maintenance activities, or inhibit the services we provide in any other way.
