Planning conditions
  1. in accordance with Site Plan and Images, Product Detail, Sustainability Aims, and Pavement Reinstatement
  2. The proposed digital display installation, because of its position, size, and means of illumination, together with the other existing digital display installation in front of 146-150 George Lane which is only some 20 metres apart, would cumulatively become dominant and intrusive and lead to undesirable street clutters, detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality, contrary to Policies LP26 and LP28 of the London Plan and Policy D8 of the London Plan.
  3. Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/ The proposal does not comply with policy and no pre-application discussions were entered into. The applicant is encouraged to seek pre-application advice prior to the submission of any future planning application.
