638668638667Decision Advert ADVR_76_v1.pdfPlanning conditions
- in accordance with Site Plan and Images, Product Detail, Sustainability Aims, and Pavement Reinstatement
- The proposed internally illuminated digital LCD screen, because of its position, size, and means of illumination, would be a dominant and intrusive display, detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality, contrary to Policies LP26 and LP28 of the London Plan and Policy D8 of the London Plan.
- The proposed internally illuminated digital LCD screen, because of its design, size, appearance, illumination, and position, would be a visually intrusive display, prejudicial to conditions of road safety by distracting the drivers, which would increase the risk of rear end shunts occurring. Thus would be contrary to Policy T4(F) of the London Plan and Policies LP26 and LP28 of the Local Plan.
- Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/ The proposal does not comply with policy and no pre-application discussions were entered into.
