Decision & conditions
637757637752Decision Householder Fasttrack FULR_135_v1.pdfPlanning conditions
- in accordance with plans L-01, PR-01, PR-02, PR-03, PR-04, PR-05, PR-06, Shadow Projection, Planning Support Statement, and Fire Safety Strategy Statement
- The single-storey rear extension, by virtue of its design, excessive depth, combined with its height and position close to the side boundary of the site, would result in a significant loss of outlook and daylight/sunlight and an increased sense of enclosure for the occupants of No. 3 Brian Road and would be out of character and visually intrusive in this location. Thus it would be contrary to Policies LP26 and LP30 of the Local Plan.
- Redbridge Planning Service adopts a positive and proactive approach when engaging with applicants/agents in line with the National Planning Policy Framework. We encourage engagement with the pre-application service to avoid delays in the planning process. https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planning/ The proposal does not comply with policy and no pre-application discussions were entered into. The applicant is encouraged to seek pre-application advice prior to the submission of any future planning application.
