The external materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall accord with the specification stated in the planning application form and the Design and Access/Heritage Statement submitted with the application unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. In particular, the infill stonework shall exactly match the existing building in terms of external material, finish, colour, pointing, and coursing pattern. Reason: To ensure the that the development accords with the terms of the application and to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and comply with LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan and Policy HC1 of the London Plan.

The works to which this consent relate shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
