Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 7747 - SMR - 00 - ZZ - DR - A - 2022 - S4 - P1, 7747 - SMR - 00 - ZZ - DR - A - 2009 - S4 -P2, 7747 - SMR - 00 - ZZ - DR - A - 2011 - S4 - P7, 7747 - SMR - 00 - ZZ - DR - A - 2010 - S4 - P7 Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
  2. The external materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall accord with the specification stated in the planning application form submitted with the application unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the that the development accords with the terms of the application and to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and comply with LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.
  3. The luminance of the advertisement hereby permitted shall not exceed 200 candelas per square metres over any part of the advertisement' Reason: In order to comply with the terms of the application and to prevent an excessive degree of illumination which would adversely affect the amenity of the surrounding area and to satisfy Policies LP24, LP26 and LP28 of the Council’s Local Plan.
  4. At any time after dusk all illuminated adverts located on the western elevation (Elevation 1) (EXT_SIG01 and EXT_SIG03), not including the reception sign (EXT_SIG08), shall then be switched off between 23:00 hours and dawn on all day Reason: In order to comply with the terms of the application and to prevent an excessive degree of illumination which would adversely affect the amenity of the surrounding area and to satisfy Policies LP24, LP26 and LP28 of the Council’s Local Plan.
