Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Existing Block Plan; Proposed Block Plan; A01 Revision 1; A02 Revision 1; Fire Statement; and Site Location Plan. Reason: In order to facilitate the use of section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to make minor material amendments to this planning permission.
  3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension(s) hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building. Reason: In order to ensure that the development has a satisfactory appearance and to comply with LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.
  4. The roof area of the single storey extension hereby permitted shall not be used as a balcony, roof garden or similar amenity area without the grant of further specific permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to protect the privacy and amenities enjoyed by occupants of neighbouring property and to comply with Policy LP26 of the Council’s Local Plan.
